Production
As Heat Ex Energy, based on our own designed projects or our customers’ own projects, cutting, bending and assembly processes are carried out in accordance with the required specifications or tolerances in accordance with international standards during production.
Welding
As Heat Ex Energy, we attach great importance to welding, which is one of the most important elements of the production process. In our carbon steel and stainless steel productions, welding method and consumable selections are made according to the material group to be used.
Our welding processes are based on welding procedure papers (WPS) and Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR), which are constantly updated and supported in accordance with international standards. All our welding is done by our qualified and certified welders and operators, qualified by recognized organizations and in accordance with the strict test criteria set by international standards.

Air Coolers
Consisting of a fan system, tube bundle and supporting structures, air-cooled heat exchangers are equipped with finned tubes to increase the surface area.
